they dont have a store front, they just order and send it to the customer.

thats why they cant do anything for him in the mean time. they dont have any spares, as they dont stock product. and they dont have any money to order a replacement for him.

I was referring to the "eshops, etailers" that just are middlemen distributors that try to act like they are a "shop". My personal opinion on what a "shop" equals, is if you have inventory or not, and an address that is not your home (there is exceptions, but you get what i mean). any one of us can go into the interwebs and find a "wholesaler" that sells car parts, that we can "have a shop" and sell the parts and they will drop ship to the customer for you, blah blah blah.
